We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Custom-printed or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

2. How to Request a Refund

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

4. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
